Feature slider on Homepage not working correctly

Hello,

The slider shortcode does not work correctly on the IDStore theme I purchased so I contacted support and they gave me a piece of custom css which now displays correctly, almost.

1) I would like this slider to be responsive like on the demo version. It is not at this time with the custom css given. Is there more code to apply to the custom css for full functionality?

2) the arrows do not work or show up to scroll across if I have more then 3 items. The 4th item gets chopped and placed below.
