Featured image has dissapeared and now showing product video

Hi, i just updated to the lates theme and everything seams ok, but i just noticed that the option to add “featured image” in the products have dissapeard. I cant set a featured image anymore.

A new thing has appeared and that is the product video tab on the same place where the product image where showing.

How can i disable the product video and get the “featured image” option back?

Hello,

1) Edit your product and check if Product Image is enabled in screen options http://prntscr.com/enghz2
2) Disable all the third-party plugin and check if it fixes your issue.
3) If you don’t have Product Image in Screen Options go to Appearance > Themes > Install and activate Storefront theme – official WooCommerce theme. Check the product again. If you still don’t have the Product Image you should contact WC support.

In case you don’t have Product Image option only when our theme is enabled then provide me admin panel and FTP access to your site.

Hi, here is the answers to your questions:

1. There is no “Product image” listed in the screen options area

2. I have done that. When i try another theme though it dissapears

Hello,

Seems problem is related to deactivation of VC plugin. We’ll try to fix it in next theme update. Meanwhile, please, keep VC plugin enabled.
