Featured products not showing ribbon on those products set as featured

Hey,
Just set products as featured in Woo commerce but not showing a ribbon on the products page as featured.
Just plain.
Please help.

Hello,

Provide URL of page where Featured products should be shown and temporary wp-admin access.

1/ Update the theme – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ and Core plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
2/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
If you are using child theme, make sure that your custom changes in files are not the reason for the issue.
3/ If this doesn’t help, provide FTP access, so we can check the problem more deeply.

Hello, not solved. I don’t mean showing featured products as a text but i would like to see the products with a a featured ribbon please. look at the screenshot of what I mean.

Hello,

We don’t have option to set the featured label for the products. Look for third-party plugins for the custom labels for the products.
