    Is there a setting withing the theme somewhere that sets the file upload size limit?

    I have changed everything at a server level, php.ini, htaccess and cpanel and still limited to 32mb file size ulpoad/

    Hello,

    No, max upload size is server settings. Contact your hosting provider if you can’t change it.
