Hi all,

i tried to find and configure my php.ini to eagle the file_get_contents().

the strange thing is that i can not find my php.ini … shame on me.

can you help me to set up the theme properly.

would be great … all details in the private content part.

Hello,

Sorry, but the credentials to FTP are incorrect. Please check them.
Also provide us with wp-admin panel password in Private Content.

Please specify what errors you’re getting when trying to install the theme.

i installed the theme again to copy the errors for you … but the did not appear … looks like it just works now??? … have you changed anything???

th ftp-login is correct, the same i use?

yes it is installed … just the demo import did not work?
no error messages, but there are no sites or menus or anything is created.
just the sites that are created from woocomerce?

the menu on the site was created from me.

hi eva,

we completely started from zero … new domain, server, installation … everything.

but we still have some issues when importing the demo content when i want to import the BASE DEMO CONTENT …. i receive the following message … a lot of failed, but at the end it says “All done. Have fun! Success!” … what does this mean? … all the pages are created.

Hello,

Please check if allow_url_fopen function is enabled on a server. Also increase values for the functions upload_max_filesize and post_max_size.
Then try to import data again.

hi eva,

allow_url_fopen was enabled and upload_max_filesize and post_max_size is increased to 200M. i imported base demo content again and received the same message as posted above. any idea? i will include user and password for our admin panel so you can check if you can find out the problem.

we did not change anything yet to the site this ist a 100% new installation, nothing changed by us.

we just activated the popup to see how it works and looks.

The login details you provided don’t fit.

have you tried to enter with the useinfo i have sent?

never had any problems like this with other themes, very strange.

We tried to paste the credentials you provided but they don’t fit.
Please check your .htaccess, .htpasswd files. Also you can ask your host about this issue.

if you need to re-instal the theme or delete content or do what ever you need to do, just do it. the only thing that have changed is the logo and the favicon … which by the way ist not shown?

do whatever you need to do to get it up and running 🙂

The problem is caused by the function open_basedir.
You need contact your hosting provider to disable it.
Please read more information here:

hi eva,

we have made the changes regarding open_basedir.
if you open 1stbeautispa.at now there are no error messages anymore.

but i still get error messages when i try to import the demo data???
