additional information!

my host does in general not enable import from external servers, this is disabled.

if you can send me the serveradress from where the demo content gets imported,
he can try to allow the address as an exception.

we did this allready a few days ago … se the beginning of this thread ???
we need to know the url of your server from which the demo content gets loaded.
than we can change the firewall configuration so the demo-import should finally work.

can you please tell me the url of the server with the demo content.

hi,

it’s me again with that same problem with a new twist.

the demo import works now without error-messages. but
when you look at http://www.1stbeautyspa.at you will see that
there is still a lot content missing … like the slider?
“Revolution Slider Fehler: Slider with alias home2 not found.”

also the menue shows all the pages many times, but this can
be changed by myself easily.

any ideas why there is still a problem with the demo content?
there are no error-messages anymore?

we have increased the runtime vor scripts to 140 sec. … now it imports more but still not everything.

hi,

we have increased the time now to 300 sec. but with no effect.

can you please check out what the problem is. i already lost
2 weeks because of this annoying problem and need to have everything
done by 1st of december with a lot of work in front of me.

hi again,

sorry for being so pushy.

i have completely reinstalled wordpress and your theme and i have managed to import all content except the slider on the homepage… “Revolution Slider Fehler: Slider with alias home2 not found.”

and the section “product categories” and “brands” and the subscription box are looking not like i expected it.

can you please take a look.

one more thing, i am writing this here even if it is a new issue … hope that is fine for you.

i have changed the container below the slider and the video background for one container (both on the homepage) … the casual banner next to the royal style image is not visible anymore … and also the 2 images below the product categories section are not visible anymore now (i absolutely changed nothing here) ???

– what to do to make the banners visible again?
– what to do do center the video background with the image (1st Beauty SPA Logo)?
– what to do to get the product categories working?

i will be out of the office for today … so no more questions for today 🙂

sorry for bothering you so much, but i am new to the visual composer and could not find a way by myself to get this working properly. many thanks for your support.

Sorry, but we are unable to access wp-admin panel getting 404 error.
What theme version are you using. Please update it to the latest version 1.5.
https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/installation_upgrade (paragraph “1.5 Theme Upgrade”).

hi all,

today i started from scratch the 3rd time. most things worked out and most of the demo content is here also. but i have still some issues. all logindata in the private section.

issues
– product categories section on the homepage is still empty/not shown?
– product brand section on the homepage is still empty/not shown?

i also add some more questions here, i hope thats oke for you
– where can i change the font for the promo popup?
– where can i change the size of the menu font?
– cart mouseover on the homepage is in english. where can i translate this into german?
