    The problem with filebird is that while i can create a folder, when trying to associate files to folders i see no association, files remain on the uncategorised folder.

    Sorry, but your problem is a bit unclear for me. Please describe it in more detail with screenshots for a better understanding. You can use the Lightshot screenshot tool to share screenshots.
    Do you mean that you can’t add a product to a category https://prnt.sc/w4o9g4 ?

    Hello,

    What version of the Filebird plugin do you use? Try to update it to version 4.3.1 https://www.8theme.com/downloads and check if you have the mentioned issue after that.

    i updated the plugin to the latest version, but the same problem exists!

    Hello,

    Provide us with temporary WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site, please. We’ll contact plugin author about the mentioned issue to get fix. Do you allow to provide WP credentials to plugin author if they ask?
