Filter and sort options are not working properly we’ve tried removing all the CSS but isn’t working. Created widgets multiple times and tried other plugins as well.
On applying the right taxonomy itself the product aren’t showing up on implementation.
The product count shown as results are different than the product results displayed.

Kindly help us resolve this at the earliest.

Please check how Filters on Shop page work when not XStore, but the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront is activated (Appearance > Themes).
This test is needed to find out if the problem is caused by something from the theme side or not.

The issues mentioned in the earlier ticket are not visible in woocommerce store front and we have started facing this issue post the last official update of the theme.

We have identified that the issue is caused by the option Customizer->WooCommerce (Shop)->Shop->Products Design->Hide variable products (available when Variations As Simple Products (Beta) is activated). This is a beta option still and we recommend disabling it for some time. We will continue to work on resolving this issue, so please do not turn off the staging site yet. We can’t re-create the problem on our test site, there the filter works fine.
We have also noticed that when third-party plugins are disabled, the following error occurs in the theme files: https://prnt.sc/HZnKED3HQWvb This is because the theme files have been modified.
We would recommend transferring all your changes in files from the parent theme to the child theme, as such changes will be lost when updating. Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate the child theme.
Please note that the child theme does not inherit the theme options of the parent theme, if you enable the child theme, you need to import options from the parent theme.
Go to Theme Options (when the parent theme is activated) > Import/Export > download the export file. After that activate the child theme > go to Theme Options > Import/Export > import your options and reload the page without saving! Save options only after reloading. Check your site after that, and use the child theme.

Hi! We appreciate the response provided, but when can we expect the beta version to be available for proper working. We have done the steps mentioned in the earlier steps but the search results, shop results are confusing for the consumer because of this section not working properly.

We recommend hiding the parent product of the variations as this ensures the filters function properly.
At present, we are unable to provide a precise timeline for the resolution of this issue. We have already spent a considerable amount of time examining it, but unfortunately, we have not yet reached a solution. We will revisit this issue after some time. Hi! We have tried everything, the issue is not getting resolved. Our consumers are facing issues because of Sort/Filter and search not working properly coinciding each other.
We can pay additionally for this to be resolved as we have invested a lot of time in this and things aren’t working out still.
Other Plugins for filter are also not working because of the theme filter not working properly.
Do let us know what we can do for this to work properly.
