Здравствуйте,

Подскажите, виджет на странице товара (Filter by Brand) не показывает все бренды товара. Почему-то показывает только 2 бренда (хотя их больше) https://prnt.sc/wjxhvx

Подскажите, как мне это исправить?

Hello,

Could you provide temporary wp-admin access?
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

Спасибо за Ваш ответ,

Подскажите по чему не показывает еще один бренд? А показывает только только дочерний бренд (хотя есть товар и с основным и с дочерним)

Я сделал все бренды основными, ситуация не изменилась, показывается только два бренда.
Если это поможет, я заметил, что такое оформление только на странице магазина (на страницах категорий показываются все бренды)

Я еще заметил, если я добавляю еще один бренд, то все бренды в фильтре отображаются правильно. Не зависимо основной этот бренд или дочерний. Как только удаляю новый бренд, все становиться снова не правильно.

Hello,

Please check this topic – https://www.8theme.com/topic/some-brands-dont-show-in-widget-filter/#post-239208 , try to add the code into functions.php file of the child theme (via FTP) to clear the cache.
Or just add one more brand, as you mentioned.
