Filter mobile – click doesn’t work, just press for a few seconds

    Good morning,

    I need help! The mobile filter part is working wrong and I can’t understand why. On mobile, if you click on the filter, the filters do not appear, I have to keep my finger pressed to open the filter menu

    Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.

    We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and disable CDN on your site) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If this doesn’t help, please provide FTP access, and we will check the issue more deeply.
    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Hello

    I have already deactivated the plugin and others and it remains the same :(. I have the FTP access port disabled for security. But I installed the file manager plugin to be able to test! I already left the access data at the top.

    Dear @Vítor Carneiro,

    I hope this message finds you well. We have recently implemented an update to your child-theme/functions.php by adding the following snippet:

    add_filter('etheme_canvas_sidebar_config', function($config) {
        $config['open_action'] = 'click';
        return $config;
    });

    To ensure that these changes take effect, could you please clear your device’s browser cache and verify the update on your end? We’ve checked on our devices and the fix worked.
