Filter Problem – Once something selected then it’s nor letting me delete it.

Hi,
I am facing the filter problem, I just attached the screenshot of it. Once a filter is selected then it’s not letting me cut that filter and select another. I also want a “Clear Filters” button so customer can clear all the filters in one button.

I also need to add one custom filter to that filter sidebar, please guide how can i add.

Appearance > Widgets > edit the content of the Shop sidebar.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access?

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

We appreciate your prompt response.

1/ We’ve removed the Apply Filter via Appearance > Widgets > Shop sidebar for you. Please clear cache and check how filters work now.

2/ We’ve checked and removing here – https://gyazo.com/b8d9cde96c1152e646ec3bf9937aae47 works fine. Please record a video of your actions and the problem.

3/ All standard filters are accessible under Appearance > Widgets. Should you wish to integrate a custom filter, you may consider using a third-party plugin or, if you have the requisite skills, develop custom code yourself. Could you please specify if you have a particular custom filter in mind?
