    Hello, Rokon,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Could you provide FTP access?

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

Sorry, my hosting is on lcn.com and it’s a WordPress-managed hosting. So, there is no FTP access.
If you need you can install file manager plugin.

    Dear @Rokon,

We hope this message finds you well. We would like to bring to your attention an issue related to the XStore Ajaxify option that was active for a specific widget on your site. You can view the widget in question here: https://prnt.sc/waZYlDqDllXP.

For a detailed explanation of the problem this configuration may have caused, please refer to our follow-up message concerning widgets displayed on the Archive Products page. You can find this discussion at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/topic/website-not-loading-some-time-loading-but-taking-too-much-time-and-showing-some-error/#post-408424.

To summarize the key point from our previous communication: We strongly recommend disabling the XStore Ajaxify option for widgets that rely on the Current query and dynamically display content based on settings configured by WooCommerce. These widgets often involve complex conditions that may not be fully compatible with the XStore Ajaxify functionality.

As a best practice, we advise enabling the Ajaxify option primarily on static elements located on pages such as Home, Contact Us, and About Us. This approach helps in maintaining optimal performance and functionality of your website.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best Regards,
    Jack Richardson
    The 8Theme Team
