    Hello,

we running some hightraffic projects with a lot of projects.
After using your theme filter for product archive we have issue that the query from / for database is not the best. We optimized it from loading/script time 4,8s down to 1,1s after a lot of deep dive and code profiling.

The project is running one the fastest kinsta server you can purchase (800usd). So server performance was not the issue. 😉 Also tested with litespeed + redis (objectcache).

Please send me your email, so we can give you access to our github. Maybe you can take some parts from our code base to make your filter faster.

In the next step we going to update your “outdated” and “old” codebase of some widgets for you and without breaking with other clients that already use the old codebase.

Finally we will do a youtube cast how we fix it. My personal youtube channel have 2.2 million full video views per month. I think this is a good point for you and for your customer which using this theme to make it faster to filter in categories and to have fully compatible widgets with elementor.

    Hello Jack,

its already completed for product widget. I will ask the developers to solve elementor compatibility issue with menu list widget. Because also this widgegt have the problem based on old codebase:
If you select H2 tag for headline and P tag for menu elements – the elementor settings are not applied the the selected tags of this widget. We found some other small issues like this in other widgets.
All going to be fixed this or next week.

Right now we have some kickoff/onboarding of new projects. I will ping you back after i have more time to create a video and talk to devs which files are modified and how they finish this job.

I hope you understand that i am not here to blame somebody. I really do not undertsand why my messages was flagged by your team on envato. This wording and the content was absolute okay and also envato seen my screenshots and decide it was no correct to delete it. I reported that issue because i am an “100% person” and i dont like moves like this (flag comments after reply to it…).
It have some reasons why we are one of few agency with VIP status (wp partner) and some of my dev part is part of core developer on wordpress.org. So i know what i am talking about and its feeling here sometimes like: “dont talk to much about problems, its is like it is”.

    BR
