Hi there, In the Shop page (url provided in content area), when i click on a filter, there is no way to reset the filter or even remove the filter that was applied. The selected filter just disappears.
Not sure whats happening there and there is no way to fix through filters section in theme options.
I have added an image to this to show you the behaviour.
I expect the filter to show in the side bar and to be able to remove the filter to see the full results again.
Please take a look, thanks.
Hello Abdullah,
Thank you for reaching out to us and for providing a detailed description of the issue you’re encountering on the Shop page of your website.
We were unable to observe the problem, the filter works fine on your site right now.
We kindly ask you to clear your browser cache and check the page again. Additionally, could you please confirm which browser you are using where the issue appears? We also recommend testing the page on different devices and browsers to see if the issue persists.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Ok i see the problem now. It is when you select a filter (that does not actually apply to the products), then it behaves like i mentioned before.
So, please go to the URL i provided in private content area and repeat the following steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Visit URL in private content area.
2. Hover over filter icon.
3. Under ‘Filter By Price’, select any checkbox.
4. You will notice no results found for that criteria.
5. Hover over filter icon again.
6. You will see that the ‘Filter By Price’ options are not there any more and there is no way to clear that filter option you previously selected.
You should be able to reproduce following those steps. Thanks.

Sure, I have created the FTP account and provided the details in the private content area. Please let me know what you plan to change.

Dear @Abdullah,
I hope this message finds you well.
I would like to inform you that by default, the filters on your website are designed to display data relevant to the content currently visible on the page. If no products are found, most filters will automatically be hidden as they are not applicable in the absence of products.
To assist you further, we have implemented a widget that allows you to ‘Clear applied filters’. You can access this feature via the following link: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/49573855?key=8a05a70e2fd4ec59a424d516354ae0db. We have also added this widget to the sidebar area on the shop page for your convenience.
Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson
