Filters are not working properly for me. I am facing following problems.
1. For Categories filter, in it’s dropdown list only some of the categories are visible
2. I cannot get color swatches to be circular. They only appear square. I one of the demo sites they are circular.
3. When any filter is applied the list updates but pictures for some of the products do not load.
4. Filters sidebar does not appear for other dynamic pages. i.e. for search results there is no sidebar at all. So I cannot filter my search results. Please let me know how can I activate filter sidebar to those pages as well?
Please kindly help me to resolve these issues. I have provided you with my login for wordpress and SFTP credentials as well.

1/ Only now empty categories can be shown.
2/ We can’t connect to FTP. Please check your credentials and try to connect by yourself using FileZilla.
Provide one more time: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption.
3/ Please try to disable 3rd-party plugins one by one to find out which one causes the problem.
4/ Header Builder > Search > Sidebar Position.

In wordpress they use SFTP. I have provided you with the credentials. Please use those credentials and use following procedure to login to SFTP
1. Open Cyberduck
2. Click Open Connection
3.Select SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol) in the dropdown menu
4. Enter the address of the server in the field Server.
(sftp.one-example.com – make sure to enter sftp to connect securely via SFTP.)
5.Enter the port number.
(port 22 for SFTP)
6. Make sure Anonymous Login is not selected.
Enter your username
(one-example.com – keep it lowercase and without “www.”)
7. Enter your password
(the one you chose for SSH in your Control Panel)
8. Click on Connect to connect to the server.
9. Click Allow when you get a warning about an unknown host key.

Is it happening because of the JetPack Images lazy load feature?
I disabled it and it is kinda working right now. Let me test it for few hours. I will get back to you on this.
