Filters not opening - by MAHDAR - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hello good time

    When I enter the site with a guest browser

    The first time I click on opening the filters, it does not open and I have to reload the page to open it.

    What do you think about this issue?

    We have conducted an investigation of your website and determined that the issue is likely related to a cache issue. We recommend that you clear all caches, including site cache, server cache, plugin cache, and browser cache, and temporarily disable cache system on your site.

    We’ve checked Filters as in your video, but we do not see any problem.

    We can’t log in to your site (credentials are incorrect).
    Have you solved the problem with filters by yourself?

    Hello, MAHDAR,

    “And the site is on Cloudflare, when I put it on Development Mode, the problem is solved” – in this case, clear all cache from the Cloudflare side or contact their support to get suggestions.

    “This happens only when the customer enters the site for the first time or clears his browser cache” – this doesn’t happen for us, we made a few tests including an incognito Chrome browser window, but we do not see the problem.

    In this case, please follow our recommendations to solve the problem on your side.
