The filters are not working (price/colour/rating in left menu) since update either on desktop or mobile. I have updated the staging site not the live site so you can see the difference – https://www.staging5.swankypins.co.uk/product-category/suspenderbelts/ – https://www.swankypins.co.uk/product-category/suspenderbelts/. Please let me know how to fix this so I can update the live site. Debbie
Hello,
Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site, please. We’ll check the issue in more detail.
Regards
HI,
Thanks. You can access both sites with these details. Debbie
Hello,
Thank you. I passed issue to our developers. I’ll inform you once they fix the issue. But they will be able to take a look from Monday only. Sorry for this delay.

Hi,
Have they had a chance to look at this yet? Debbie
Hello,
Nope, unfortunately. I’ll try to speed up the process.

Hello,
Fixed. Check now, please.

Thank you for looking at this although there are still some problems.
The ‘active filters’ at the bottom of the left column and the ‘clear all filters’ is missing. On the live site if you choose filters it shows you here what options have been selected. This bit is all missing. (see https://www.swankypins.co.uk/product-category/stockings/ compared to staging site https://www.staging5.swankypins.co.uk/product-category/stockings/
Also, I don’t know how, but whatever has been done has affected my live site. The filters option is now displaying as it does on a mobile so they are not visible on the page until you click the icon.
If you look at https://www.swankypins.co.uk/product-category/suspenderbelts/ you can see the filters have completely disappeared. However on another category https://www.swankypins.co.uk/product-category/stockings/ they are still there.
Can you please look at this again, I didn’t mind waiting a week for the staging site to be looked at, but now the live site isn’t displaying properly so I would be grateful if this could be fixed as quickly as possible please. I have not been able to do the updates on there yet. Debbie
Hello,
1) Oh, I just removed the mentioned widget from the Shop sidebar for testing purposes. Just go to Appearance > Widgets and add that.
2) What cache plugin do you use?

Hi,
Thanks. I have added that and now the staging site is fine.
I have not done the updates on the live site yet so I am likely to get the same problem. As i do not know how you fixed it on the staging site what do I do when I update the Theme if the same problem happens on the live site?
I use my host’s cache plugin, it is the SiteGround Optimizer plugin. Debbie
Hello,
Just move theme and XStore core plugin from staging site to production, clear caches and you should not have issues. We made fix in the theme files of your staging site and also include this fix in the next theme update.

HI,
I am not confident enough to do this manually myself. If I just update Woocommerce and not the theme, is it better for me to wait until you release the next theme update? Debbie
Hello,
We can do this for you if you provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your production site.
Regards
Thank you, that would be perfect. Details attached.
So should I update my Woocommerce to 5.7.1 now then? Debbie
Hello,
Done. Check now.
Regards
Hi,
Yes everything seems to be fine now. thank you so much for your help. Best wishes, Debbie
Hello,
