Pages are not mobile friendly on the store pages such as https://nimblefew.com/buy/homekitchen/lighting/
Refresh this page and it lets you scroll across to blank space on mobile devices. I think it has something to do with the static blocks but unsure?
The CSS in the customisation panel doesnt work. I have to update via the theme files. Needed to hide span.fixed as kept duplicating the logo. No child header in theme
Hello,
Thanks for using our theme and for contacting us.
“Refresh this page and it lets you scroll across to blank space on mobile devices.” – Do you use the latest version of the theme? To check it go to Appearance > Themes > Theme details about XStore parent theme – https://prnt.sc/_vWjB28Pc1gN If your version is 8.3.1, download sidebarCanvas.min.js file from this page https://dropmefiles.com.ua/en/BR6XQwTD and re-upload it into xstore/js/modules folder via FTP. Clear cache and check the result.
“The CSS in the customisation panel doesnt work.” – do you mean code was added in Theme options > Theme custom CSS? Provide an example of such code and temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
wp-admin access: Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
“as kept duplicating the logo” – Provide a screenshot of the problem. As I can see, there is 1 logo image – https://prnt.sc/aRaH7bUQbhZR
You can use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to make screenshot and share the link here.

Hi, no the js file does not seemed to have solved the issue. I will give you access in the private area as i am finding more issues such as having to refresh the page to see product images on category pages (never appear on first load).
Yes, theme custom css did not hide the span.fixed when added and had to add this code in the main theme.
Hello,
Thanks for the reply.
Let’s solve questions one by one and not mix a few together.
About images, you are using 3rd party plugins. Try to disable plugins that do not come bundled with our theme and check scroll/images then. If it was plugin’s fault, disable plugins one by one to find out what exactly plugin causes problems, then check the settings of that plugin.
Changes in the parent theme will be lost after update, so add your custom CSS code in style.css file of the child theme.
Regards
Ok, disable a plugin for image optimisation and that has solved the image loading problem. Thanks
Will make changes to css. Thanks
Now to solve the issue with the sidebar adding space. First method of file upload didnt seem to work. I will also look into it myself now that you have narrowed it down.
Hello,
Thanks for the reply.
Let us know if you need any assistance.

Hi, yes i would still need you to look into the issue with the sidebar causing mobile issues? I am trying to see if the css is causing issues but javascript is over my head
Hello,
Please describe the issue in more detail as much as you can. Screenshots will be appreciated.

So when on mobile the side bar menu ( seems to cause the screen to increase past the mobile device view horizontally.

Hi, i can see the issue on the video you sent me. You are not trying to scroll across horizontally. I can see at the bottom of the screen that it is possible. Please click and drag the mouse across and you will see the issue.
Hello,
Thanks for the answer.
Clear cache and check now. I’ve changed the Search type on mobile via Theme Options > Header Builder > Search.
