Hi, sorry for my English, but I’m using Google Translate.
I’m installing the XStore theme, but when I go to install the XStore Core plugin, the site goes into Error 500.
How can I solve the problem?
Thank you
Stefano
Hello @Stefano Valso,
We kindly ask that you ensure that your server requirements meet the latest theme and plugin minimum requirements. As an example, you may refer to the requirements of our test site, which can be found here: https://postimg.cc/wttf9r6N. If you are still experiencing issues after doing so, please provide us with your WordPress Admin URL, username, and password in the private content area of this topic.
We look forward to assisting you further.
Best Regards,

I have exactly the same issue. Server requirements are met and it only happens when I activate the XStore theme. When I remove the theme WordPress functions as expected.
From Apache.log I get the following error:
The process has forked and you cannot use this CoreFoundation functionality safely. You MUST exec().
Break on __THE_PROCESS_HAS_FORKED_AND_YOU_CANNOT_USE_THIS_COREFOUNDATION_FUNCTIONALITY___YOU_MUST_EXEC__() to debug.
I can not provide URL and credentials to the site, as I am creating the store on my local machine (Apple M1) with Mamp Pro and the installation is ONLY the latest WordPress. Nothing else has been installed.
