First time user, demo import caused problems, need a clean install please!!

    Hi, I recently had hosting setup and purchased your theme to build an online store and after creating our woocommerce installation, I proceeded to follow your tool for the setup process and configure the installationa and import the demo data. This didn’t go down well as the online tool informed me that the demo import was complete, and when I proceeded to view the site the menu was missing (no menu items were imported) and only 6 or 7 pages in total were imported. Woocommerce wasn’t happy either as I had no shop or cart or account pages. Please can our installation start from scratch and help me by creating a proper installation with the clean demo import as you would expect it. An urgent response to this matter would be greatly appreciated as I would like to start on the site asap.

    What version of XStore do you prefer to install?

    Hello,

    I have imported Theme Options but can’t upload logo because of the error http://prntscr.com/fsvws0 so, check the file permissions of your WP installation. All the other settings are ok as I can see. If you want to get additional pages for our demo you can do this from Theme Options > Import/Export > Dummy content > Additional pages.

    Thanks, I”ve spoken to them about that and it looks it looks to be working, but now there’s a minor issue relating to the social share buttons…I have them all enabled but the shop page is only showing mail and skype. See screenshot.
