Fixed header menu overlaps anchors sections. Smooth scroll is not working.

In a one-page website,
The Smooth scroll is not working. It jump to the section when click on menu link.

The Fixed header menu overlaps anchors sections. How to not overlap.

The wp-admin credentials are incorrect. Please check them.

Apologise, is corrected. please try again.

There is also another section of the page, under #program. There are 12 banners each suppose to click and move to respective row id (#program2, #program3, #program4 …), but is not working if try to click repeatedly for different banner under this section. Please try and you will know what I mean.
Appreciate if you could help me to resolve this issue too.

Great! The menu link works well now. Should have check the document. Thank you for pointing out.

How about the section (banner with mask)? i have set the link to #program12, when click it did not scroll to row id with program12. I have total of 12 banner, sometimes it works, sometimes it dont work.

Could you help up?

Oh, I see, you need to change http://prntscr.com/h4pvls to http://prntscr.com/h4pvth but unfortunately, it can’t work with the same scroll effect as the main menu.

I have changed the link as what you have advise, and it can go to the section intended. But the fixed header overlap the section. Is there anyway to solve this?

You may add padding-top 6vw in rows settings for sections.
