Flexible Table Pricing Matrix for WooCommerce

Hi there,

I bought this plug-in for WooCommerce :

One of the problem when we select the price matrix using combo box, the price is hanging (loading).

I already contacted their support, and they replied – ‘This issues was caused by theme. Please contact themes for support issues (Royal – Multi-Purpose WordPress Theme).’

Please help, thank you.

Hello,

You need to update theme and woocommerce http://prntscr.com/g9ipc7
contact your hosting provider support and ask them to increase the following PHP settings:
– post_max_size to 64M;
– upload_max_filesize to 64M;

Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
You need to enter your purchase code to activate the theme and skip Setup Wizard.
Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/royal/ to avoid problems with old files (it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package).
Also, update all required plugins: https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/.
Note we don’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with the theme, but your problem may be solved with the latest theme version.
