This problem appear since I use the theme. Several times I try to enable and show social links there, but at the beginning icons appear on frontend. But when I see the site after several days they’re missing. Floating nav is positioned center right with SVG icon of Facebook, Instagram.

I thought it might be the hosting, now is on a different one, same conditions, I also thought it might be caching plugin, now is other one.
How to make icons working

Yes, sorry, now is disabled.
Dear Saimana,
We have conducted a thorough review of our test environments and have not encountered the issue you described.
To assist you further, we kindly request that you verify whether the problem might be stemming from a third-party plugin or any custom code within your website.
Additionally, we suggest verifying the functionality of SVG files in other areas of your site to ensure they are operating correctly.
Warm regards,
The 8Theme Team
SVG-s are double tested. local and online. Optimized via https://jakearchibald.github.io/svgomg/
Dear Saimana,
Sorry, but your answer is a bit unclear to us.
We can see the problem on your site but we do not have this problem on our test sites.
We ask you to do the following tests:
– disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.
– activate the parent theme (Appearance > Themes) and check how it works. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.
– edit any page, add Icon element https://prnt.sc/LVD_J0fwaybb, and check if the svg icon can work fine there.
Let us know the results of these 3 tests together with FTP access.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
Warm regards,
The 8Theme Team
