please let me know, where to enable this appearing/disappearing top nav bar, what can see here, in the forum, or here: http://whattwodo.es/sale4/ or here: http://worldofwine.info/

Hello,

Please navigate to Dashboard->Theme Options->Header->Enable top bar->select Off.

Hello,

Now you’ve selected the 10th header type where top bar doesn’t exist. You should select other header type where you see that top bar is shown (nineth, seventh, sixth or other ones).
Please choose the 7th header type and check once more.

yes, it was n. 10, because it was in the custom css.

now its n. 7 type header

not works. 🙁

Hello,

Are you changing the header type in custom.css?
You should do this in Theme Options > Header.
As I see header type 10 is still chosen there.
Please select the 7th header type in Theme Options > Header.

Hello,

You have selected header type 8 in Theme Oprions->Header. In this type header top bar doesn’t exist.
Please try select some of them 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 15, 16.

i think, we are talking about two different things.

what I want: when page scrolled down, a floating bar will be visible on the top of the page with menu points.

our site dont have this feature
