Hi,
Continuing the trouble shoot in ticket 317276, Sticky add to cart doesn’t work in the testing environment, even without the child theme, running the base xstore theme.
The JS error mentioned has no influence on the cart
Our developer can’t find the html/css classes related to the sticky add to cart anywhere in the page code.
He also tried to import an xstore demo without the child theme in our testing environment, sticky-add-to-cart still didn’t work.
He had a look at one of your demos:
https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/minimal-fashion02/product/beachwear-vintage/
In that demo, the sticky cart element seems to be directly present in the HTML code in a DIV with class “etheme-sticky-cart”. Looking at our website’s code or in the staging version, this entire piece is missing in the code.
When deactivating the single product builder functionality, the buy-now button appears as it should, both in the generic template and the child theme. Our developer suspects an incompatibility between the single product builder and the sticky add to cart functionality.
Please advise
Hello,
Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your staging version where we could test the sticky add to cart issue, please. We’ll take a closer look at this.

In private.
Just tested again after the latest updates.
The “Sticky add to cart” works fine as soon as “Enable Single Product Builder” is switched off.
Please use our staging site to implement the change. Our web developer keeps track of changes for version control and as such, its inadvisable to work directly in the production environment.
Hello,
Thank you for the access but what about WP Dashboard user and pass?

Apologies, it took a while for us to clear an issue with our user database.

Hello,
Can’t log in to your Dashboard https://prnt.sc/Wc8ByjQ9mUvu
Check the username and password again.

We seem unable to update the user profile (database timeout). Let us investigate and get back to you
Hello,
I don’t see the problem with the sticky add to cart if you enable it for the product template https://prnt.sc/ybhhS1fzQuGB
Check the example in the Private content area. You have 10 single product templates. Enable the Sticky add to cart option for all these 10 templates.

It seems we made a mistake with the multiple templates.
Apologies. This final explanation was spot on. Thanks!
