Font not found problem - by capperisottosale

In the log file i have thousend of request to fonts that doesnt exist anymore in your theme. I need to add the font manually to stop the system writing in the log. Can you fix this for the next update?

/wp-content/themes/xstore/fonts/glyphicons-halflings-regular.ttf
/wp-content/themes/xstore/fonts/glyphicons-halflings-regular.woff
/wp-content/themes/xstore/fonts/glyphicons-halflings-regular.svg

these are the 3 files that theme is always looking for. im going to add the font manually also this time but i’d like not to do it forever, thanks.

Hello,

Our theme does not use this font by default and does not require it. Have you used custom font option and get this error after that?

No im not using custom font.

ok, i try to explane better, sorry for my english.

in the log i have font not found like i said earlier,

/wp-content/themes/xstore/fonts/glyphicons-halflings-regular.ttf
/wp-content/themes/xstore/fonts/glyphicons-halflings-regular.woff
/wp-content/themes/xstore/fonts/glyphicons-halflings-regular.svg

….so i upload the fonts in the theme directory to make the log writing stop.

after i updated the theme xstore the problem started again, of course.

but im sure i havent used custom fonts, unless its the slider revolution?

or the cache plugin? i dont know. Can you suggest something i could try to check out in order to fix this problem, thank you.

Hello,

I see. Can you enabled default WP theme and check if you get message about font too or with our theme only. If you have misssing font error with our theme only then provide me temporary admin panel and FTP access, we’ll chek.

in which i found the fonts i was talking about.
