    Good afternoon, how are you? I hope you are well. I am having a very weird error. The font that I have chosen is just a basic Arial, which is showing up fine in Chrome and Firefox. When you open it in IE it is not Arial. It has serifs? I inspected the element and the font-family is not showing up. however when you inspect the element the font on the menu does change to Arial?

    But when you reload it in the browser the font is not Arial? What is going on here. Such a weird error.

    See this is not Arial font?

    See font-family not showing up but do if you select the element.

    Thank you in advance for the help.

    I tested it in IE 9, 10 & 11. All show a font with serifs.

    Thank you,

    Hello,

    Please add this code in Theme Options > Custom css:

    .header-wrapper .menu > li > a{
       font-family: "Helvetica Neue",Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif !important;
    }

    Regards

    That did work for the menu but all the font throughout the site still has serifs? Do you know why this is happening?

    Hello,

    You use old theme version. Please update the theme to the latest version https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/installation_upgrade
    Also, update all required plugins: https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/.
    Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
    You need to enter your purchase code to activate the theme and skip Setup Wizard.

    Regards
