Hello,

I selected on Theme Options >> >> Footer >> Footer Type the first option, with products and white background. But does not appear on my page. See the WordPress admin print: http://prntscr.com/8lzfwx and on my page: http://prntscr.com/8lzg6r. How can I do to show up?

You need recreate the first footer as described in the documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/9_footer .
