    Hello 🙂

    I have two problems

1- By connecting to my site, I noticed that the footer was completely offset, yet everything was fine when I last connected, I updated xstore this morning, but I’m afraid to do a restoration.

2- Before doing an update wp or an update of xstore I make a backup of my data, but if I lose a translation that I made with LOCO, I should do a restoration that suddenly will result in a restoration updates, so how?

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

1/ Go to Appearance > Widgets > and check the content of Footer Column 1 area.

2/ Translation files of XStore theme is placed in languages/themes/ folder. You can backup these files or “languages” folder separately.
After the theme update, you need to synchronize translations. Button Sync (Loco Translate plugin http://prntscr.com/glemdq) allows you to synchronize your translation file with updated pot file. It useful if we made any changes in template files that may affect translation or we added new string for the translation. Only after synchronization, you’ll be able to translate new strings or strings that were changed.

Feel free to ask if you have any other questions.

    Regards

2- I did not understand everything lol, I updated my theme this morning and I just synchronized LOCO .. if a problem appears I will allow me to come back to you, thank you very much

1/ Sorry, but your problem is a bit unclear for me.
Here is what I can see on your site http://prntscr.com/nyco8w > http://prntscr.com/nycojd http://prntscr.com/nycorx
    http://prntscr.com/nycpb1 > http://prntscr.com/nycpfk
What exactly changed after the latest update?
You can use the Lightshot tool https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html to make and share the screenshot.

    Hello,

If you want to change the footer layout go to Static Blocks and edit footer static block content according to your needs, for example http://prntscr.com/nyg9wx

    Hello,

Static Block layout would not change if anybody does not change it. We can’t detect who did it for you. We can just help you to change the layout according to your request.

    Regards
