I want a refund, I have not tried yet, only the header of the page and the footer does not save the settings at all. If you are all I want to change the color, I contact you to change it, this is not work. You are wasting my time. Return me money or give me a cure.

Thanks for the video. But you did not clear cache of browser. Please clear cache and you will see that settings work fine. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache https://www.opera.com/uk/use-cases/clean-browser-and-remove-trackers
Record a video where cache of browser is cleared, please.

As a rule, it is not like this. However, all your changes are visible in the customizer, so just clear the cache once different changes are done.
