Footer and instagram edit does not show change

hi,
i edited footer stock block but view still show default xstore demo content, i installed elementor to edit it again and then change shows in view
now i am edit instagram wall section with elementor, tried post update many times but change only shows in elementor edit, not show up in site view
i installed wpbake to edit it but cant find anywhere to edit content?
please help find out what is the issue? took so long just udate one section, and i have a whole site and products to update, please help asap, thank you

Hello,

Thanks for using our theme.
Please check credentials, we can’t log in to your site.
Do not edit the same content using 2 different plugins, if it was created using Elementor, use the Elementor only.
Have you connecter your Instagram account via XStore > Authorization APIs? Then click on Refresh instagram there.

hi,
i only edited with elementor
instagram wall edited with elementor but it could not work, so i tried wpbakery but i could not even find anywhere i could edit in wpbakery mode, so it still only edited with elementor
i did connect instagram API, everything shows fine in elementor edit mode, but it still only show xstore demo content in site view
please try log in my site again

thats exactly the problem the issue i need you to fix!

your screenshot is the elementor edit mode, sure thing it will show instagram, i stated that when i open this thread, please re read my requests again

instagram does not show when view site like customer views, not like you as admin view in elementor edit mode!

when view site as customers or public, only your demo contents show, not my instagram content! even tho elementor edit mode shows instagram, “SITE VIEW” DOES NOT SHOW CHANGE, ONLY SHOW YOUR ORIGINAL THEME DEMO CONTENT

please fix it so it will show when view site, not view in elementor edit mode!

Hello,

We checked your site in incognito mode if I’m not logged in and there is no problem. We sent you the video to your registration email. I think that you need to flush the browser cache or check with another browser.

hi olga,

thank you very much for help

i checked in edge browser and i do see instagram wall shows in “view site”, why its not shown in chrome browser? i cleared cache with plug in and from chrome setting but it still doesnt show instagram wall

but the issue still doesnt fixed completly in edge browser

“view site” still does not show my content of “5% off…”
still only show theme default content of “#XSTORETHEME

Hello,

Oh, I thought that you are talking about the Instagram image. To change that content edit page and change the text elements before the Instagram widget to what you need.

Hello,

On my screenshot I see only default demo content text. Did you change the WP Dashboard access? I can’t log in to check what you have now there.

you cant log in again? last time you said you cant log in, i did not change anything and you did log in after i give this log in reminder, please try again this time, i did NOT change your log in data, please make sure log in from “*****.com/wp-admin”

hi olga,
sure i always save changes before i go check how it shows on “view site”
where did you change the heading? from instagram wall page?
i just logged in and checked instagram wall page in elementor edit mode, instagram wall heading still shows my original change of “5% off”, not your change “**kim**”?
when i view site, heading shows your change, not my change? even tho my change still shows when open in elementor??
please help fix this asap, its been too long and i still cant update my website and products to sell!
(just a reminder, please remember log in to ****.com/wp-admin, your login data never changed)

Hello,

Look, you edit the Instagram wall page on video but then press on the front page to check the changes. Why? If you edit Instagram wall page then preview the Instagram wall page https://prnt.sc/13o6d50 .
If you want to change the content of the front page then edit the front page https://prnt.sc/13o6acp

Because Instagram wall and Front page are 2 different pages for your information.

why not? i did not make any changes in the video, i just enter elementor to see what is there already, elementor shows 5% off already, but when i view site (either from wordpress dashboard top left corner, or from elementor preview site), no 5%off showing on the website at all

sure i know front page and instagram wall are different, i did not trying to edit front page, just click the my store logo link to vew site!

please fix the issue!!

Hello,

It seems that you don’t understand my explanation. If you want to edit Instagram information placed on the front page (because on video you showed me that Instagram area of the home page does not display your changes, didn’t you?) then you need to edit Home default page using Elementor, not the Instagram wall page. Got it?

Changes of the Instagram wall page display only on the Instagram wall page and you can preview it by click on the eye button https://prnt.sc/13o6d50 Because once you click the logo you automatically go to the home page, not to the Instagram wall page.

ok, that maybe the reason why my change doesnt show,

i asked you on May 31, 2021 4:14 pm “where did you change the heading? from instagram wall page?” but you did not answer that question

i will try edit home page and see if it works and report back here

You need to update the theme – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
Do not update Core plugin before the theme update next time.
Then go to edit the page, change images, Save and check. Let us know the result.

Hello,

Did you provide us with access to the correct site? Because I don’t see your changes even if I edit page using Elementor https://gyazo.com/b9ac5a33f61ccc94023357e8e0f2c8cb and logo is different. Provide us with link to page where you have the issue with the content editing and where you made changes and saved them but they do not appear on the frontend.
Because I have a feeling that you edit the wrong page again.

why would i edit one site then check another site?
i only log in one site, work on one site, check on one site!

which browser are you viewing site on?
have you tried view on google chrome browser?

i tried view in edge browser, it shows updated image properly

but when i view in chrome browser, only demo image shows, updated image doesnt show up in view at all.

please help fix chrome browser view issue,!

most people use chrome browser, my site has to be viewed properly on chrome browser, please help!
