Footer broken in mobile view and doesn’t translate well from desktop

We’re noticing an issue with mobile menu where it doesn’t automatically adjust the columns to be on top of each other rather than side-to-side on desktop. I’ve attached a screenshots (private content area) showing how it looks like on both sizes. Would appreciate it if you could tell us how we can make the mobile menu adjust for mobile device.
