    Hi There,
I am not a technical guy, documentation does help but again not on many things, sorry.
For last one week i am struggling to set up basic things but failing. You people every time refer to documentation, frustrated. No videos on the theme i am using or say the problem i face.
Please give me some concrete help step by step to do the following.

1-I want my pages in the bottom horizontally spread starting from the left corner, not vertical as they appear now.
2-How to upload footer logo at the location as the demo version shows on the left side
3-How to display below the logo. a) two liner site intro b) address and contact phone.
I struggled with your earlier reply but could not do it. please help.

    Hello,

    1. Go to Static Block section and create footer block, select row layout with 4 columns in Visual Composer editor.

2./3. Add Text element from Visual Composer to the first column and add this code into Text editor:

    <div class="about-company"><a class="pull-left" href="#"><img title="WooPress" src="https://www.8theme.com/demo/woopress/wp-content/themes/woopress/images/small-logo.png" alt="..." /></a></div>
    <h5 class="media-heading">About <span class="default-colored">WooPress</span></h5>
Say hello to the smartest and most flexible theme in the collection.

<address class="address-company">30 South Avenue San Francisco
        <span class="white-text">Phone</span>: +78 123 456 789
        <span class="white-text">Email</span>: <a href="mailto:Support@WooPress.com">Support@WooPress.com</a>
        <a class="white-text letter-offset" href="#">www.woopress.com</a>
        [share]</address>

Replace our demo link https://www.8theme.com/demo/woopress/wp-content/themes/woopress/images/small-logo.png with the link to your logo.

Then add any elements or Text element with your content to other columns.
After you published the block go to Appearance > Widgets and add “8theme – Static Block” widget to “Footer 1” or “Footer 2” area and select your block from drop down menu.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

1-I went to to the static block section created new block named as “footer block” and then clicked the update blue button on right corner.
2-Then i went to the Pages>All Pages>Home Page (set a front page) >visual composer and entered 4 columns layout and enterd the above code in the first column from left hand side.
3-But some of the code lines go out of the clolmun second social media icons disturbed not aligned
4- I replaced the demo link with the link to my log. but again nothing happened. What we
when i saved and previewed the page there was code on the page no real things as i was expecting.
5- Then i went to Appearance > Widgets and added “8theme – Static Block” widget to “Footer 1″ o and selected my only block from drop down menu that is “footer block” as mentioned above.
    Nothing happened what i wanted.

I want my 5 pages horizontally spread in the bottom with the exception of my home page that will be the front page. what i did wrong please point out.

    Hello,

I’ve created footer for you. Please check Static Block “Footer Block”. I’ve added content there and created Custom Sidebars in Appearance > Widgets that were added to footer block via Widgetised Sidebar element in Visual Composer editor.

Check footer on your site now.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Hi Eva, thanks for doing this. When i try to edit information in the static block through visual composer and then going to edit text the problem that occurs is that of allignment. I do something else and when i “save” and “update” the information my actual site page shows something else. The problem is that of spacing and alignment. Please guide.
    Regards

    Hi Eva Kemp,
After I messaged you I solved the alignment and spacing problem by hit and trial method, i dont know how it worked, but it worked thats why you see it ok.
Now there is another thing as you see in the imgae attached: The color of : “Address” automatically changes to black, i dont know why, whereas the colour of “PHONE” is proper. Second “Address” is automatically written in upper lower case whereas “PHONE” is in all upper case it should be. Please point what is wrong.

    Hi Jack Richardson,
Thanks for following up. I had to ask a developer to come to my help to do this and he did some html work for me thats why its resolved now. Thanks

Now next step -1: I have created six pages and put them on the top horizontally under the logo as we see typically in most sites, I want them to bring in footer next to the logo and phone numbers in the second column from the left replacing them with the list of countries. How to do this?

Next Step: -2 : Once pages moved from the top to the footer I have six categories of my products that I want to place on the top horizontally spread under the logo from where we are removing the pages. How to do this?

Next Step-3 : Now is left the Home Page setting. I want my front page as Home Page, means when somebody click my url he or she should land on the home page displaying all the products but I dont want the word ” Home” written any where. Its understood that the front page is home page , perhaps i am able to convey my point. Please Help

    Best

    Hello,

    1. If you want to display menu in the footer you can use WP Custom menu widget in Visual Composer editor and select the menu you created.

    2. You can add product categories to menu in Appearance > Menus (to show product categories in the menu settings you need enable it in Screen Options at the top).

    3. Select your home page as front page in Settings > Reading.
