Hello
I’ve no idea why or how but the footer copyright on my website seems to have reverted to 8theme and I can’t find where to change it back?
I have looked in Appearance > Widgets > and ‘Footer Copyrights Left’ and ‘Footer Copyrights Right’ are both empty so it can’t be coming from there?
Would be great if you could help please?
Many thanks
Lauren
Hello,
Theme Options > General > Footer > Show footer demo blocks > Off.

Thank you! I’ve also noticed another issue now I have updated the theme to the latest version and also updated VC – none of the visual composer elements work. If you try and add a Woo Produt, or Button, or any other widget in VC view to a page, you just get constant Connection Errors –
Here’s an example: https://www.dropbox.com/s/qb2j6lx7r9slbsv/Product_Widget_VC.tiff?dl=0
Any idea what might be causing that?
We upgraded our server resources and optimised or DB, deleting loads of old content, so I don’t think it can be the server or DB, since we never had the VC issue even before we cleared out the site and ramped up the RAM and CPU?
Cheers!
Lauren
Hello,
Enable the default WC theme Storefront and check if you have this issue with the default theme or only when our theme is activated? Let me know.
Regards
Hey Olga, I still get the issue even with Storefront theme. We have correct WP Memory limit in wp-config, I’ve checked admin-ajax file permissions and they are fine, and my developer doesn’t seem to think it is a JS issue.
Do you know if there is any conflict with theme / widgets and the new version of VC?
Hello,
If you have problem even with the Storefront theme then this issue is not the conflict between theme and plugin. I think it can be some server settings. Check the server error logs and contact your hosting provider.
