Footer form by Fluent Form display 2 Cloudflare Turnstile (Captcha) instead of one

Fluent form is added into the website footer for contact. To avoid spam, we have added turnstile section by Cloudflare but 2 sections are displayed on frontend. Not sure why? Please help.
