Footer Image is Not Show Properly. Please help me to Fix

I noticed that the Footer Image is Exist but In the Front end The Footer Image is Not Show. After the Last update I Fix Some Issue the Image is Not Show. After it Image Is Show Properly. Please help me To Fix this Issue. Thank you.
Please The Footer BG Image Is Assign. But It Is Not Show on Frontend. Even I checked it on Incognito Mode.

No Footer Issue Is Resolved but The Header Image of a Category is Disturbed Again. Please Fix My Issue Properly. When You Try To Fix One Issue Then On Another Place One new Issue Occurs. Please help me to Fix All the Issue As Soon As Possible.
