Footer is not correct on the shop page ,

my footer page is not correct, sometimes it does come up correctly but not anymore is all over te place in the first page of the shop comes up ok, but the next pages is all over the place. your help will be much appreciated

2/ Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.

In the event that you are utilizing a cache plugin and CDN, we recommend temporarily disabling them.

Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you could create temporary wp-admin access and share the details via the private content area. This will allow us to review your settings and better understand the issue at hand.

Also, I believe when I wanted to change the footer using the link that takes you to the xstore , instead I believe I need to use the store builder? listed on the documentation? https://www.8theme.com/documentation/documentation/xstore-builders/xstore-footer-builder-with-elementor#:~:text=To%20embark%20on%20the%20journey,footer%20templates%20for%20your%20convenience.

Thank you I have turn off CDN and I will let you know since it can take up to 24 hours to take effect according to hostinger , but I have noticed that now it slower taking about 30 seconds, which is strange since it states 24 hrs. Also, on the mobile version is there anything else I need to do to make sure it is aligned correctly (the background) or there is way to change the background for each device? one for ipad , one for phone?
