    Hello,

    1) That page is the preview page, ignore the area that you see below your static block content. It’s for your preview only. Elementor just does not call correct styles for the footer if you edit Static block
    2) Section has such option https://prnt.sc/wl4z7u Inner section element does not have such option. So, use section https://gyazo.com/197acef36bb6f232b96278aa41861db8
