Hello,
the footer menu https://prnt.sc/xm4h2g is missing sometimes on different pages of shop https://prnt.sc/xm4lgm. When I am logged in on admin it seems to doesn’t happen.
Also i can not edit main shop page in Elementor.
It all seems to happen after last theme update.

Hello,

1) You updated XStore core plugin but did not update theme https://prnt.sc/xnhtvh
I updated theme and checked the shop page and don’t see problem with the shop page footer https://prnt.sc/xni7hm

2) You never can edit the shop page using Elementor because it’s archive page, the same as the Blog page. You can edit only simple pages, Static Blocks, posts, products description using Elementor. All the available settings for the Shop page you can find in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop, Shop elements.

You can edit archive page using Elementor Pro only. But it’s paid plugin.

Hi,
i have still problem with this menu in footer (o nas, wysyłka, płatności… and bank’s logos above them) – as on screens these elements sometimes are missing on product categories sites like: latyno-amerykańskie (footer menu missing) or dodatki (banks logos are missing), checked in incognito mode in different browsers..

Hello,

LiteSpeed Cache
it makes incognito view from desktop as from mobile (disabled -> http://prntscr.com/xszhx6, http://prntscr.com/xszij7)
We have disabled that plugin and enabled it again – the problem was solved now
If you will find the same problem, please, look for mobile caching options in LiteSpeed Cache plugin and try to disable them
