Footer not updating across the while website

Hello, footer has been modified to suit my preference.

Unfortunately there appears to be a bug where the footer doesn’t update across the whole website. The changes to footer are only showing on 2 pages. All other pages are showing a mixture of old footer and new footer.

cache reset, cache purged.

I have kind of resolved this.

It appears that the footer needs modified in two different sections of build, both footers have different settings despite being the same static block….

can you advise how to ensure that I don’t have to modify my footer twice, its double the amount of work, the same footer should be displayed across the whole site without the need to be modified separately
