Footer responsive issue for mobile screen.

Using my created static block as the Footer, its responsiveness on the mobile screen is not correct and inconsistent with the edit preview. I have cleaned the browser cache and the W3 total cache plugin cache many many times, but the issue is still there. Please show me the details of the steps on how to resolve this issue. Thanks

Hello,

Try Regenerate CSS & Data tool of the Elementor plugin https://prnt.sc/21dztdy to regenerate footer static block styles.
Check the footer styles after that.
