Hi!
1. Static block in Footer: I am trying to create a footer, and what I’ve done so far is create a static block (just for testing) that looks like this: http://screencast.com/t/vIChVuCd
However on the site, it looks like this http://screencast.com/t/w7QXS1wBoc. Could you please point me in the right direction as to what I’m doing wrong here (I want the items showing underneath each other, as on the block)
2. Instagram in Footer: Also, I added the instagram widget to the footer, but it doesn’t show any results. This is what I added: http://screencast.com/t/9s8klMgj0aj
This is how it shows on the site: http://screencast.com/t/Zy9G8Uw5
Am I missing any settings for the instagram and/or footer?
Hello,
Please provide us with wp-admin panel and FTP credentials to check the issue with Instagram widget.
To create footer you need Visual Composer editor in Static Block. To activate the editor go to Visual Composer in WP admin panel > Settings > Content Types > mark “Static Block”.

That’s the top one, the login URL , username and password. Or are you thinking about something else?
Hello,
You provided us with the link to cpanel, but we need access WordPress admin panel, the link should be uforglemmelig.no/wp-admin.
Thank you.

Ah sorry, for some reason I thought that’s what I had added:
Hello,
Now your site is giving an error “Server not found”.
Are there any problems on a server at your hosting provider?

Eva Kemp.
Hi Eva!
I only saw this now, as I’be been away: I haven’t experienced any problems with “server not found”, I suppose it was just a temporary downtime?
Hello,
We’re sorry for a long delay.
The issue with Instagram widget has been fixed.
Please check it.

Hi there, Eva!
Thank you, I now have a feed, wohoo! The only thing though: it doesn’t look very good – is it supposed to look like this? http://uforglemmelig.no/
Hello,
The reason is you added Instagram widget to the whole Footer area and not to static block. I’ve created a separate sidebar with Instagram widget and added it as Widgetised Sidebar element to the footer via Static Blocks and added this code in Custom CSS:
.widget-container.null-instagram-feed li img {
width: 100% !important;
}
Please check your footer now.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Ah yes, I had simply dragged the instagram widget into the sidebar as it was. Thank you so much for all your help Eva!
