In your documentation it says:

First Prefooter row

Go to Appearance > Widgets and create custom widget areas:

1) Random Products – add WooCommercee Random Products widget;

2) On Sale – add WooCommerce On-Sale widget;

3) Twitter- add 8theme Twitter Feed.

The problem is I don’t have a WooCommerce Random Products widget or a WooCommerce On-Sale widget. Where would I get those widgets?

Also, on my Widgets page I have Footer 1 and Footer 2 widgets but no Footer 3 or Footer 4 widgets. Is that right?

Hello,

WooCommerce Random Products widget or a WooCommerce On-Sale widget you can get from WooComerce Product. There you can select order by and show On-Sale.
Regarding the footer you have all well.
