For products of one category/tag, related products are not changing in the single product page

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

The “Related Products” section is designed to automatically pull products from your store that share similar tags or categories with the current product.

Its working fine for all other categories and tags. But only for the reported scenario, you pick any product from that tag, and you will see its showing same 3 products in related section for all the products under that tag

    Dear @ashu,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inform you that we are still in the process of identifying the root cause of the issue. In the meantime, could you please try completely disabling all cache plugins, switching to parent theme to see if that resolves the problem?

Alternatively, you may consider using the “Products Related” widget from Elementor, which you can find at the following link: https://tinyurl.com/292g4s22

Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

    Best regards,

Ok, Now here is the thing.

I disabled, related products from xstore, enabled default elementor related products. The initial reported issue was gone. However, it don’t work as expected to show correct category and tag based products.

Then I installed Related Products for WooCommerce | Developed by webtoffee. which fixed the issue of default related products and worked as expected. You can also check that plugin to find out what was difference from xstores plugin.
