Forgot password feature doesn’t send email to users

Hi,
user having issue with forgot password feature doesn’t send email to users.

i’ve tested using smtp mail to do testing send email and it works fine.

Hello,

This is default WooCommerce option. Do you have this issue with our theme only or problem persists with default WooCommerce theme too?

Just the Forgot password feature having this issue, order email all can be receives.

Hello,

Do you have this issue with our theme only or problem persists with default WooCommerce theme (Storefront) too? If the problem is independent of the theme, contact the support of WC plugin.

Hi,

im not sure, even i try use my account in wp-admin url to test also couldn’t receives password reset email? at the moment im asking my server support to find out the issue. will contact you back if they couldnt solve the issue.

Hello,

Probably issue is related to server. Mail server errors would show the reason of the problem. I think hosting support should help.

Hi,

Just found out is due to Mail SMTP plugin that having conflict. once i deactivate, it works well now.
