Free shipping cost over 49$ keeps showing up

I have tried searching and correcting with the help in the forum regarding this topic, such as: “Go to Theme Options > Header builder > Cart > edit Mini cart promo message” but nothing seems to be working and the Free Shipping over 49$ keeps showing up, even though while editing/customize/theme options, it doesn’t show.

What is causing this?
Need help urgently.

Hello,

Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

Clear cache and check now, I’ve deleted Content from the Text tab here (for Multiple Headers on your site) – https://prnt.sc/ozWivGSc3vhV > https://prnt.sc/CEinq3xVgttp

Thanks, i see its gone now, But can I not add “Free Shipping over Rs 499” or any other text in the promo?

Hello,

Header Builder > Cart > Mini-Cart Promo Message > edit Text tab content. Go to Multiple headers and edit the same for the custom header.
