    Hi there,

Sorry for bothering, but I have to ask. My client (I am the webdesigner) bought your template (through me), and also acquired a Godaddy hosting account.

The website is running only your theme + merchant account. We have 0 traffic, yet, Godaddy said that CPU usage was over 85% and asked us to upgrade.

Before the upgrade and after the upgrade, the website (www.karissmausa.com) has been suffering from 500 Internal Server Error). this happens every 10-15 days.

today, after 3 days of the hosting upgrade, it happened again. We bought the template 4 months ago approx. and have not updated the plugin.

Has there been any bug in previous versions that could cause any of these issues or high CPU usage? Sorry to ask, I must cover all bases, cause the client paid 3 years of hosting 3 days ago! :S

    Hello,

There were some problems with site slowness using the theme, but some bugs have been fixed in the latest version. So, if you haven’t updated the theme yet please do this to avoid any errors.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello @agustin,

Please provide us with a page link where the problem occurs and wp-admin panel/FTP credentials in Private Content.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
