Frontpage menu and header will not change?

I am probably having a brain fart but when I am in the theme customization live edit and preview, I have changed the logo, changed the active header etc but none of these changes show up on the main site, I have gone through the actual Page and I just cannot seem to find the location to make the change, thanks for your help!

Hello,

This demo uses multiple headers. Watch the video tutorial about multiple headers https://youtu.be/BpeXfzNwkOc
This option is created to allow using different headers for different pages. In your case, we used additional header for the home page that has Overlap the content option enabled.
