    I want content (such as an image or text or other content) to stretch the full width of the browser (not height, height can scale proportionally)

    I set Woopress to fullwidth variant.
    I am using Visual Composer to build pages and
    I set the row to: Stretch Row without spaces.
    I made the background: single color Max Full Width

    the Revolution slider at top will stretch fullwidth
    the background color stretches the full width of the browser but the content within the row does not.

    do I have to modify the default template or something to ge the content full width?

    Hello,

    Please update the theme to the latest version and Woocommerce as well.
    Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
    Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

    (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    There are no restrictions. Isn’t it possible just to tell me how to do it?

    Hello,

    You’re using very old theme version.
    Please update the theme to the latest version 2.4. This issue should be fixed in the new version.
    Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

    (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Hello,

    Please add this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:

    .wpb_single_image img {
       width: 100%;
    }

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Thank you for the reply, I also want to stretch a Revolution Slider to go full width, is there some CSS for this? I need the Revolution slider to be in visual composer because it is for portfolio items not a page. I just added it to my previous test page in case you need that.

    Hello,

    I’ve enabled “Force Full Width” in the slider settings: http://storage5.static.itmages.com/i/15/0929/h_1443523100_7721052_523eb990d0.png
    Please check the page now.
