Full Width Dropdown menu – Shadow and alignment

Hi I am trying to create menu like website in the Private content area
How do Make menu full width / and add shadow effect.

Also most importantly how to make sure Dropdown menu is aligned properly with top
In my case it starts from the leftmost side of the page
